Dislikes

Long working hour without any backup. No time for ourself. Unnecessary Lots of management and senior pressure. Lack of contractors and their labours which causes pressure.

...ronment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lit of politics and the management doesn't address out issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign .on the jib training is not given to new joiners .

Work Culture quality best as per required management , Head Office staff work regarding best Communication , Company Policies as per terms & Condition on site not provide . But I think GR Infra projects company in Infra line Best Company work compair other company work standard data Maintained in ASAP Software.

No incentive and Bonus. Delay in Annual appraisals. No entertainment for site staff. But all over company is Good for us.
