Good work environment and culture because of client place. Teammates are Okay. There is a huge cafeteria.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not enough as they give work and i don't see career growth. They promise that they will increase salaries after probation period and annually but political views matters the most.

Toxic Work Culture HOD keeps nagging all time. No proper guidance by senior No job security. They can remove you at any moment. Your experience won't count and most importantly you would not be respected. Issue is created out of anything and everything. There is an environment of constant fear and stress. Most people leave within 6 months of joining. Also you will find there is vacancy here throughout the year. That speaks volumes of something. Would recommend don't join Int Tax team

Senior Management is very arrogant and don't listen to thier employees. Work is not extraordinary, for articleship you will get limited knowledge. If looking for articleship work for 8-10 months and leave it, there is not much learning opportunities
