Only timming is good

Employee harassment By the senior. Lots of penalty charge from employee. If any employee leaves the company they can't given the salary of that employee. Very poor and low rated firm. Paharganj office was in very bad condition no proper sitting arrangement. Lots of restrictions are imposed on employee

Dislikes

Everything is worse, CEO and her attitude. Politics everywhere, toxic environment, fully of arrogant people, they cut your salary like Chanda and make budget from it and take you to the annual picnic. Don’t join them if you want a peaceful life

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
