Nothing we can like here, don't get trapped in their package and they will tell about PWC, zero trust , don't put your life in danger, don't ever believe there offer letter whatever they are giving

The company HRs are always in touch, answering all queries. Benifits and bonus are always helpful and in time.. the team they have build is quite good and friendly to work with.

Dislikes

There is no HR portal where I can see my leave balance or other information. No training program for employees.

Likes

It is a good company run by worst people. HR people are the most unprofessional and negligent. You have no value even though you work hard for them. You will get experience letter just like asking a sabjiwala for a bill. No standards nothing good. A person growth is doomed if joined this company.

Futuresoft team want only work and hard work but employee can't talk to increase payment.if any employee talking with manager to encrease payment they told " hum aapke liye bada soch rahe hai" and some lost his job.

good atmosphere to work in,IT co-operative management and flexible working hr .good learning and independent thing to work.open working environment .

No any training,no work life balance.no any salary/appraisal.no any travel,no any career growth.
