Future supply chain is good company for experience people's who have experience in logistics or wherhouse systems. But fresher candidate not growing 2,3 years. Company environment and safety was good. Huge level politics. Continuously innovation but 3PL person can't grow up in this company. In that case you have 2 year experienced people in future group then you switch company then you grow up definitely.

I am 3PL person in future supply chain. About salary! Salary is fir amount you can't grow up your salary if you continue 2year or 3year salary fix can't grow.

Everything is Dislike here , Better to work in other company even if you earn little, No one is there to appreciate your efforts and No promotion even if you work for 100 Years !

... culture are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies is good. Appraisal are fare and they give good salary and bonus.

There is no KRA & no perfect work area. Very unorganised company. All down the level staff are out off control. Management body of the company are totally under lobby.

...ed jewel... If you get in that department you will surely attain good skill set. But the express division is not the one you should opt even if they pay you double the money. It is just a LOSS
