*Utter Chaos * No holidays on Saturdays ( even though it was said before) * Undisciplined students * Lethargic Admin *Manipulation and Exploitation of Teachers * Making teachers stay back daily till 5-6 even after the students leave at 2 . * Zero work independence * Family life will be failure *Flexible Work hours as a trap

Students are really nurtured to explore and be inquisitive.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture, staff is often disrespected, highly disogranized, no boundaries for time outside of work hours. No systems is place for appraisals.

The school is unethical and unprofessional in many regards especially concerning it's teachers. I had the worst experience working here especially because of the principal, coordinators who are all extremely exploitative and manipulative

Dislikes

The school is a sham and a worst place for both experienced and new teachers as it exploits you in multiple ways like there are no time constraints to staybacks, in annual events teachers are pressured to stay at school as long as 2am, pleasing the principal is a norm
