* Decision taken by management without any proper market servey. * Taking over same type of company with different name like Hypercity, Heritage, Nilgiri etc, when you have Big Bazaar & Food Bazaar. * Before opening store need proper market servey.

...h. No job security and this company can fire you anytime without any notice. Recently, This company kicked out many employees and didn't even pay 3 months of salary at the time of layoff and paid fnf amount after 3 months

...after 6 months I have left the job because I can do the job any More over there. I have no job security, no respect, so many salary deductions (ex: I got 5000 in a Month after deduction and my actual salary is 15000) I still have that pay slips. I suggest not to work

There is no proper team, no proper training, no job security, don't even think about salary/appraisal, no traveling expenses given& no company transport, so many politics don't even think about it, nothing to learn in future group, only we have to work but don't expect for work environment, nothing innovation, I left the company because of that torture and what more I can say about work-life balance, etc is not enough to explain my pain

More involvement of family member and doesn't have knowledge of operation management as per products.. Not following any policies, Human resource department working as per family members instruction..
