Being a young organisation in the BFSI sector the opportunities are huge as well the compensation given to frontliners in certain departments like sales are indeed the best in the industry .Huge opportunity to learn and develop and motivates employees to learn through elearning options.

Dislikes

There in no value prepositions directive to employees ,Lack of leadership and inconsistency in top management leads to lack of clear strategy .Leadership is biased which leads to attrition in all levels across departments. There is no fair performance appraisals done .High level of non performers move up the ladder due to this.Inspite of learning opportunity given to implement the learning are few since the leadership and the mid level managers are incapable.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I get to travel abroad 9 times and 2 times with my family by achieving targets. I got 7 promotions in the company. work life balance was good.team mates was good but the boss was not supportive. he give importance to so other things.

Dislikes

compensation is good but the growth is low. the work pressure is high. I have to attend clients calls in the evening and most of the days i reach home late.I dislike this company for not giving me the deserved promotions. Just because of the inner politics the HR and RM played a bad game and with held my promotions. Team mates are good but the reporting BOSS do not value people. use bad languages in the floor.

I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.
