They are offering a good salary,also supported me when I applied for a tranfer in different location.

My only problem was my immediate supervisor Mr.Chandrasekhar Singh in mg road branch.He several times took money from me and threatened me when I ask to return.He also grab clients money to give his home loan.When I denied to give him he told me to leave the company.I informed hr and the regional head Mr.Prasanna Kumar with proof but nothing happened and they ask me to leave.This is also to inform You that when I told that I'll report the same to Mohit Sir,Mr.Chandrasekhar along with Mr Prasanna threatened me to give me termination and ask me to leave immediately.The work environment which I faced in Mg road branch was a hell and nobody can work with this type of fraudule activity done by the supervisor.

I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.

Dislikes

salary is decent but increment is less on promotion, internal competition is high. Only 2 office locations operating currently in bangalore, staff is crowded.
