Training is all over good but career growth is very slow and terrible,salary and appraisal also not their enough, politics is high upto sky limit,no innovation,work-life balance is average,teammates are good but supervisor are looking for all their own profit.

Biggest demerit of future generali is they all are in following traditional work style all are unskilled and politics is up to high level Management. job security is not their and pressure is always high on every front line sales people.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suportive. There is a good cafeteria. Company policy are also good.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not appropriate for daily workload. No working hours.

The company is readily adopting latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the re hirepolicy here.

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening .

The leadership team is very supportive, a lot of exposure is given to you as an individual.

...ation to its employees a Manager is paid almost 50% more CTC than a Sr. Manager. HR needs to have a policy on compensation basis the band of employees

I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .
