If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. In increment time they are get mail from employee for 1 year stability and if you break this stability all increment you have to pay back to company otherwise you will not got reliving letter.
