If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!
