No job security it depends upon your project requirement and frequently release from client projects and salary is good.

They didn't support properly unable to connect with staff and HR for help and I was not getting my paid leave amount. So many times I tried to connect on emails but they didn't respond even i tried to connect with call and messeges no one will respond and that amount is still was not given by company.

During the activity, finding system within the organisation & installing or re installing the standard applications used by company. Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. It hires on contractual base however the client is TCS ,till the TCS wants you will be in TCS.Work culture of TCS is good,Management is also good.Company policies are ok

salary deduction calculation is worst,they only calculates working days and you are not paid for weekends,on this basis salary is deducted if you are taking leave.

I had a Covid infection and I was in Covid center for 12 days I was home quarantine for 7 days and because of it I couldn't go to office for 1 month and I have still not received my salary for August 2020 even for the days for which I worked.

Salary on 7 th of every month They don't take inputs seriously of employees which are on billing

I had inform hr about m going to take maternity and ask them what is process for the same but they don't tell me the process and after 1 month they send me mail about releasing from the project and when I raised my voice then they told me you should have send mail about your maternity n all rules explain. After leaving the company they didn't give my balance leave in cash and not responding my calls. Last month payslip i didn't get. Etc.
