Future Focus is deducting 50% of salary when the Client is giving them our 100% salary. That means Future Focus is filling its own pockets. And HR is eating all money of employees. Management should focus on his Future Focus HR.

If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future.
