Reporting Manger treats like he is chairman of company, Any mistake had been done then they cut salary or Reimbursement and not cooperative nature to junior employee. Always force to work more than HR policy.

Woking culture is good as well as timely salary given to employees and apart from this timely appraisal and promotion and lots of excel work u need to do here which is actually a skill developing thing and lastly i would say fusion is completely like a family environment company where everyone from upper to lower in touch with each other, very much supportive environment.

Salary is not good according to positions specially other than operation department.

Overall very good experience, salary, leave and support from seniors are good, u must have punctual starts early at 7.30 am to 06.30 pm with work. Seniors are supportive when u support them. Fresh salary 14900 in hand per month

Wake up in early morning report at branch on 7 to 7.30 am... u must have bike and willing to travel more than 50km per day

...P have failed to address this issue inspite of having the knowledge of the same. Bonus and hike were also not given as promised at the time of appointment.

...by management. Company policies are good and shared with employees time to time. Appraisal are not fair and they offered less amount as compared to market scinerios and no hike given in my serving period of around 2 years.

Dislikes

There are lot of politics and management doesn't address issues raised by below manager. Job training is not given to new joinees. Notice period of 60 days is very long for resignation. Career growth opportunity very low.
