...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tecnology.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.As a result,Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds.

Compensation is decent, The work pressure is very high and also target.Also there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

Reporting Manger treats like he is chairman of company, Any mistake had been done then they cut salary or Reimbursement and not cooperative nature to junior employee. Always force to work more than HR policy.
