Just that the company has one good buyer which i handled and whole company's financial stability is based only on this buyer. Rest all other buyer has left due to non performance of company as in sticking to old norms of working and not keeping pace with the modern technology.

Dislikes

No work ethics, no work life balance and appraisals are considered rarely that too after more than one and half years. No incentives or other benefits, managers are asked to micro manage the team even taking a breathe or going to washroom must be reported to manager. Working like a age old govt office.
