Undeserving and not qualified people get promotion & other benefits, Management is not favorable to the employees but to their managers and team leaders only. There is no way for a employee who thinks out of the box as their are some fact that not let you do things as you want.

We have chance to learn new things like improve your skills in Excel and other learning things, they organise sometimes tournament at his small campus,
