...ssional ,the MD remove the employees without any valid reason and notice period. They didn't even pay the salary to there employees from past 3months.No growth no future no consistency. It is waste of time and spoil of carrier if you to work with FurnitureWalla.Bad Bad organization.

There is no proper working culture ,no employee benefits,no policies .No job satisfaction company's MD remove the employees without any reason and without paying salary or notice period. It is a time waste to work with such company like FurnitureWalla where there is no future.No festival holidays no Pl, SL no paid leaves.

1. Fake promises made at the time of interview 2. I haven’t received appointment letter and also the offer letter doesn’t disclose the salary amount as it only states “salary as discussed”. 3. Don’t fall in the trap of incentives as it is the place where they fool you. They will promise you something else and you will get some thing else. 4. No policies on board but there in illusion. 5. Lots of deduction 6. If anybody still wants to join Furniturewalla then I request you to get all the details in written on the 1st day of the work or else don’t join it. ***My recommendation is not to join Furniturewalla at any cost as it is a mini hell!!!*******

The company opened to innovation with new idea of concept selling furniture with house hold accessories. I loved the fact that I am part of team that who starts from opening of the store , after a experience of 4-5 year working hare we gone down from high value client to higher middle class , its is also new experience due to market demand. company hired matured and experience staff , but after joining their is no new ideas of training need to do some enthusiastic activity , motivation strategy , processed SOP to follow everyone for smooth operation .

competition is all over , but how company is measuring is one of the fact.
