There is no PF facility, there is no drinking water purifier water is very poor quality washroom also very dirty and most important security guards very very bad behaviour

Managment and overall climate is good

I work was in the quality department. Overall management, people and company climate is good. As per my experience and observation, have some change in inward material inspection process and documents.

Hopeless company, a small scale & typically a Lala type culture. No vision at all, at once they hire people showing them their future expansion plan & once they get their work done, they fire people stating that they do not have any plan for expansion.
