No Company policies only senior harassment not hand New staff only on old staff members the having .no proper management only person telling them and he removed the joiner .

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics and the management does not address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow no one is teaching you and not giving the proper training.

They are very very bad in Salaries & Employee benefits. Every month they find out some stupid reasons to deduct your salary or hold your salary. They committed verbally for incentives but on the time of release they directly say "No" & stole your money.Especially the lady company owner is very bad in behaviour & language , she seams like from any slum culture .Would not recommend anyone to join this company
