CEO doesn't have any vision, he pretends he has, he only want to sell this shares and exit culture: They did PHENOMENAL work by letting 40 people go in Novemeber 2023, How that phenomenal ?? Here is how they did it Call for Pest control -> Inform all engineering team to skip office for a day-> Fire them via Video Call - {Hats off HR lead !! RESPECT} At least have some respect, we all worked day and night to pull things for you and finally firing like a PEST,

Salary was on time... Rest nothing to appreciate here..

Dislikes

No motivation for employees. No respect to contract labour. No discipline in any Warehouse. No value to customers. No more proper funding raised due to which very less or no appraisal or increments. Top managements involvement with vendors for Under the Table perks and favours. No proper hygiene for Men or Women in any Warehouse across. No proper Quality checks for products. Very poor Security and Housekeeping agencies. No facilities or Employee Engagement for staff. No Customer service for customers. Company in heavy debts, after 13 to 14 years also, they call themselves a startup. Competition companies have progressed alot, atleast in terms for customer service, products, logistics. Don't think of joining here.. keep it as a last option or better to sit idle rather than torture.

Dislikes

Too much customer orientation this should not be that much. Sometimes nepotism, talent and skills are secondary. Work life balance is very poor you have to be present on system 24x7 otherwise you will not get noticed and this will effect increment process. Roles in organization define your working hours and work load. Expectations from management get increased by the time you get experienced here.
