The entire company is a mess and its only because of its egoistic founders. The whole company(which looks all beautiful from outside) runs on the mood of the two founders, the husband and the wife. If their mood is happy, they might grant you any wish but if their mood is bad for any XYZ reason, they will get angry and furious even when you breathe. This is the biggest truth of fundvice and its coming from someone who has spent a good amount of time with these toxic people. While the shift timings of the entire office is 10:30-7:30, the founders arrive here at 6-7 PM and then they ask you to stay back and work according to their time. If you deny it, the repurcussions will be start showing from the next day itself. Every month, the founders have someone to target and remove. They will stoop to any level to disturb that person then. Imagine a company running for the past 6 years has an employee count of merely 10-20 members, out of which none has completed a year. In my entire 7-8 months of span here, I have seen N number of employees leaving and coming here based on their HIRE and FIRE policy. Probably their employee retention rate is less than 2-3%. What could be the possible reason for this? Ofcourse, the ill-mannered founders, their behavior, and their abusive nature. They simply do not have the basic courtsey of how to talk to people, employees, or even bhaiyas. They simply know how to talk in money and how to throw money at your face. No empathy, no emotions, nothing. No real work goes on in this company. One fine day, they would come up with a project emphasizing its the most important thing in the world, next thing you know all your efforts go in vain and wasted because project got shelved because of the founders' moods. Again happened to me multiple times. Don't be surprised if you are sleeping well at 2 am in the morning and you recieve a discourteous message with all forms of abuses from the founders bashing you over email or text. Trust me they are best at ruining your peace. Think of it as the first thing you recieve as you wake up. They even intrude in your personal space. They take out personal grudges from the employees on the matters which are not even important. However, all the employees are extremely friendly with each other. If they see a good bond among employees, they get jealous and try to break it with different tactics and misunderstandings. That's their forte. No matter howgood they show, it is a typical LALA company even worse than that. Lastly, don't be surprised if they judge your character. They turned a normal statement into something pathetic and disgusting. That was the least expected. Never ever join this company, it will ruin your mental peace for life.

Founder treat employee like servant. Specially by Finance Head who always carry lots of attitude not grace to talk to employee. My story :- I'm was working very well there but one days manager said you've to work whole night to finish this task and I worked till 10 PM and then refused to work right now will do tomorrow morning and he said don't need to come from tomorrow Beware if you're want to join
