The work culture is pretty lenient although the work can be quite demanding at times. So if you are not the self-motivated, enthusiastic kind you might not fit in well. Everyone here has a learning attitude and they try to explore and experiment rather than following the standards. A lot of decision making is left to the employees themselves which help in personal and professional growth. The amenities provided in the workspace is top notch.
