1. Toxic founders & their work culture 2.They cut money after 2 late marks like even 1 min late they don’t consider, they will cut entire 1 day salary that’s pathetic. 3.they dont give WFH if you want anyhow then they will cut 30% of your salary & then u can do WFH 4. no work - life balance at all, they will treat you like robots, you come to office on time at 10:30 if you come late then after 2 late marks they will cut your salary, you have to stay back till their work is done, you have to stay back on daily basis, like 8-9 pm daily. 5. no parking space they provide to park your bike or car IN WORST CANDITION ALSO DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL

1. Work Life Balance 2. Founders are very friendly and always there to help you when needed. 3. Marketing Manager is always there to get your back when you are stuck with work. 4. Employees are given the freedom to get work done and chill at the same time.

Self learning was the only good part, there was no Creative Director to guide the creative team and the social media executives interrupted in between the process which was not healthy while working on any creatives.

Dislikes

In terms of Hygiene and sanitation public toilets were allotted to us which took a great toll on health when asked to change clearly they said a big fat NO. No mental and physical space to work, even for that matter we used to get our own water bottles from home regular cleaning was again a matter of concern. Employees were treated as Consultant and that came as a shock later when asked. Overall not a good experience.
