... they have the best culture and work-life balance but in reality, there is none. It's 3x workload than described in KRA, peanuts in salary and 2% appraisal. - Higher authorities are such two-faced MFs who only know how to torture people without paying them or considering their well-being and yet they pretend as if they are the best and most understanding people. But all they do is back-b-i-*-c-h about others and live comfortably with very high salary and just loading off their work on others. We can't get even one WFH day but they only come to office for an hour and only during client visits. These jerks deserve nothing but cruel torture in hell. - I worked as a fresher and yet things from leadership affected me a lot. Had to leave in a few months because I just couldn't take such behavior. I have seen people cry in the office because of those MFs. I urge everyone - DO NOT JOIN FPS. If you already work there, please find a different job. - HRs are no different. They participate in back-talks and take no action against these people and office politics and hence the toxicity keeps increasing. - The world will be a better place when this place shuts down for good.

2.5k charge for cab. Fixed night shift with no allowance. Very hectic work process , only focus on KPI parameters . No job security. Process knowledge need vast. Need to clear assesment and nesting after training which is very bad not seen in any organisation compulsory need to clear or tata bye bye .

FPS provides a nice infrastructure which is currently shared with Affinity in Kharadi EON IT Parl

If you are late to office 1st time - Verbal Warning Late to office 2nd time - Warning letter Late to office 3rd time -Termination letter. Same thing for remaining absent/ Emergency leave. You have provide proof like Doctors certificate of taking any medical leave or emergency leave otherwise they will issue a Warning Letter and on 3rd instance Termination. You also need to sign agreement of these policies with them on First day of training. Its a Fintech Company so they don't allow mobile phones , pen and paper inside the office at your work desk . You need to keep them on silent and in locker. You are always being monitored on your behavior and the way you talk. Transport allowance of 2500/- per month will start after completion of training . Its a very strict company and they are too strict and fast forward with things. They dont trust employees . And certain policies were kept hidden and revealed only on the second day of work in training.

Previous Management Understood Project and had basic know how of resourse allocation. Current India Team is bleeding becoz of Mad Decisions. No one is happy. Even people are asked to leave and threatened for their job. Dont join.

No planning as Upper Management is Mad. 1 out of 10 in rating. Idiot in throne both in India and abroad as they dont know difference between Service Infrastructure and Project Infrastructure. CEO and HRs are good. But it is not open culture. Too much politics. They removed a Great Leader using politics.

Dislikes

Some Team leader, some manager HR'S are very very bad behaviour ,doing partiality, playing politics, mind games with not chaplus people. There is no job security. Remove people when they don't want as per there choice .
