I've worked with for 4+ years. While the company culture is ok, and projects are challenging, I've faced issues with communication and workload. Management is approachable, but sometimes, expectations are unrealistic. Overall, it's a good company, but there's room for improvement

Uncompatitive salary and benefits.

They appreciate new things and give time to develop things

There is no incentive or bonus for anyone (not even sales). Only higher management gets incentive for completing Target (Target is being completed by juniors.)

no growth for salary & position, new management nothing do anything with the large manpower. new management people having attitude, no creative work, every process has lengthy process, Employee policy very bad not like MNC, no mail response. Old management is very good, all people is very helpful, hard working & do the work for 10 mns for single person. In new management heavy man power but wastage. no graceful work.

Management is very poor. Due to no particular head in the north management.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues. Salary is less and there is no career growth, Till date no job training and no work life balance and we worked under pressure

It could be better if they hire people onroll instead of contract

If you are contract worker pls don't join this company they will take all your effort and work with low pay and throw you like nothing
