After 2011 ,some changes made there in managent. It was horrible and staffs not satisfied only with some main managers. But one thing is sure H. H. Sheikh saleh Bin Mohamed Hanad Alsharshaqi is having very good prrsonality and i hered that the Highness started the company to help all natiobalties equally. Thank you very much H.H.Sheikh Saleh Bin Mohamed Hamad Alsharqi and all of his family. May Allah shower all the blessings to them from Heaven

In terms of experiences and on technical aspect are well worth because of the nature and implications in learning more about the nature the job. Training on technical side are tremendously beneficial in adding my potential in construction industries. As in job security and career growth are jill and does not have the promising expectation. the rest are not within the packages of the firm.

It seem that politics is the dominant factor especially if you are not within the same nationality nationality of the owner. There are who became somewhat had accelerated the ladder but that takes more than 20 years.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
