Fugro is a very good professional survey company which provides very good work culture with good management.The company management and it's policies is good where job security and growth is always considered

Less interaction between office and field staff during COVID.

There is nothing to learn and grow factors in Fugro Survey India especially. You will lose your engineering knowledge year by year. Best for ITI or max to max Diploma pass out but surely not a good option for others.

No work life balance at all and typical Indian private firm.
