I can understand our career growth is directly related to our performance in industry, However, I will suggest that they can provide a little bit relaxation on performance matrix rather than strict performance and quality.

You can't expect anything from Management. There is no cooperation and coordination, as a business manager they expert you do everything. You do the pre-sales and generate the leads then close that leads when you close that lead, does the development as well and After that, you even not paid for that. You will be paid only when the client will make the payment and Client never make the payment because of the worst quality of work so you will be paid like never. "Bhai Agar free me kam karna ho to best company hai aur ha sath me apka dimag bhi khaye ge."
