The Company has given free hand to adopt and self development along with training to improve the skills. Most importantly, learned the time sense and punctuality at work. Another plus point is that planning for a year in all aspects.

Compensation and yearly growth is good. There are no dis likes but persons make scapegoat to save their skin which management unnoticed and they loose hard and reliable persons.

It is one of the most distinguished work environments in which I have worked in terms of social, scientific, practical and international aspects. It is a leading company in the field of manufacturing motor oils and has a great reputation in Sudan, and the Share market is very large in the Middle East, especially the Sudan branch.

There are no negatives, after war in Sudan as despite the country's condition, it leads the Sudanese market in the Middle East

It is vibrant organisation with good leadership , management is good and over all culture is good.

Though everything fine there is politics within departments which is bring down overall experience.

Brand is good and have very huge range of products covering almost all applications in industry.

No proper management, All powers are centralized to Regional manager and he treats it own shop (Lala ki dukan) and he handles his employees in his own manner and top management is least bothered about working condition of junior employees.
