Non-payment of bonus. So if you're going to join Frost, forget about consultant/analyst bonus (which is 16% of total compensation). Negotiate well on the fixed CTC. Variables are almost never paid. Medical insurance is a benefit for older employees only. If you're for 5 yrs & more in the organisation, then only you're eligible for full medical benefits. In a way, co. wants to reward loyalty at the cost of making some portion of employees unhappy.

Though it claims, it is one of the leading Market Research organisation the perks and benefits seem below average. Good for fresher however over the period no skills development takes place. Anyone can spend maximum 2 years in this organisation, not more than that!

Dislikes

...y and 2018 bonus not yet declared. Very poor in providing our own perks on time. Would suggest if anyone looking for opportunity in this organisation, please negotiate on fix part of salary and do not go on variable pay.

...ic work culture. bosses are workoholic. Only expecting everything from employee. No appraisal, no bonus, no increment. Favoritism. Too much work pressure. Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.

1. Work life balance is really good. Though it depends upon your team and manager. But it has been really good for me. 2. No Micromanagement- again depends on team 3. Opportunities to learn but depends upon one’s willingness. 4. Flexible working hours

1. Salary and compensation (benefits) is bit average as per industry. 2. Below average medical policy 3. Joined the his year only but seems like people haven’t got their last year appraisals and bonuses.
