...ic work culture. bosses are workoholic. Only expecting everything from employee. No appraisal, no bonus, no increment. Favoritism. Too much work pressure. Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.

1. Work life balance is really good. Though it depends upon your team and manager. But it has been really good for me. 2. No Micromanagement- again depends on team 3. Opportunities to learn but depends upon one’s willingness. 4. Flexible working hours

Dislikes

1. Salary and compensation (benefits) is bit average as per industry. 2. Below average medical policy 3. Joined the his year only but seems like people haven’t got their last year appraisals and bonuses.

Fewer salary hikes No pantry option in your office locations HR is dead (even they also don't know about the policies or employee benefits, etc.)

Likes

Management is approachable, good work office ethics and work load can be manageable. You can expect work life balance here , especially at the lower levels. Only BU we are free from micro management and office politics.

Dislikes

Compensation could be on the better side . Also should have opportunities to aim for higher recognition. HR team at times can be difficult and processes overall slow. Company needs to focus on reskilling on actual skills than ppts and very frost specific stuff. And yes some actual fun time would also help

Global brand, multicultural work environment, decent work-life balance, rapid changes, ease in decision making at each level, Pro-employee management

Dislikes

Non-payment of bonus. So if you're going to join Frost, forget about consultant/analyst bonus (which is 16% of total compensation). Negotiate well on the fixed CTC. Variables are almost never paid. Medical insurance is a benefit for older employees only. If you're for 5 yrs & more in the organisation, then only you're eligible for full medical benefits. In a way, co. wants to reward loyalty at the cost of making some portion of employees unhappy.
