Providing very low salary. Recently I heard that company deny to give diwali bonus to employees because they told that diwali is not a USA's festival. If this is the reason then why you don't provide holidays on Christmas. Afterall it is your festival and you should provide bonus on Christmas too. Very cheap company. If you can't satisfy your employees then shut the company down in India and do your business in your country. Disgusting......
