My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

This company is innovative and latest technology to create Automation strapping machine, Battery Operated strapping machine, Pneumatic and manual strapping machine. I love the facts that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. As a result, I get to travel independent to all over India in site travels of client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, an we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Increment and promotion growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and late into the night at home. Senior superior do not value the suggestions, which is to take back my suggestions most of the times. Company is not send the appraisal form during mid year.
