Nothing as such. Poor management and culture Specially the HR Manager Nidhi chauhan What can I say more. I am happy I am not part of this company anymore, and I am at a more better place right now earning triple the amount they were paying.

Frog Cellsat is not only a company, it is a family. In this family our head of family i.e BOSS takes care of every individual need and their self respect..I am working here sence last four years and I feel a very good helping and open culture here. According to the company ethics no one is terminated from the company untill and unless they do not breach any ethical values of the family.. I m felling very secure and satisfied in this family...

As per company concern most of the things are very good like company policy, environment, job security, ethical values, support and finally our Boss's thinking about their employees.. As per my view there is no any point to criticize this company. There may be some employees which do not behave as per our company values but it's OK..some exceptions should be there so that NAJAR Na Lage...

The environment is very good and everyone is helpful. But the sort of work is not very progressive and they don't have many projects to work on. Where as there is lot to learn from ongoing ones.

Policies mentioned at time of joining are not fulfilled when they act in your favour. Increment cycle is not followed, need to work on different technologies as well.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
