1. Seniors behavior is toxic. They just required traget to be completed without any training. They expect that you should give 6 joiners in a week. 2. If you are a new joiner they don't give you time to settle down they expect that's you should give a joiner from next day. 3. Hr recruiter team is so arrogant and they already form a group they don't allow new joiners to mixup with them. You have to follow around them to ask the doubt if you have one and they will shout on you and ask you to come back again when they are free. Even they are just gossiping around. They are so rude and mannerless have no value of people. 4. Whenever you are planning to join there recruiter team be prepare for mental toucher. If you are new joiner you have to figure out every thing on your own and your work accordingly.
