There is a lots of politics in Aurangabad, manegment is worst. Company should transfer seniers to other plant who has completed his lots of year in mother plant. Management taking new supervisor in higher pay..that's not good

Allana Aurangabad management is very bad. No job security, no growth, work presure is so high , 12 hours duty, no transportation provided by company, No food provided by company, no ther benifits except health insurance, Higher management doesnt address your issues and yearly increament is very low, Seneirs behaviour is very all time they abuse and shout for work.

Good Experience in food industry, the management is not so transparent. The company is accrelitaed verious certification. The owner is very very grate personality. Appraisals on time.
