Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...iness has company. Required weekly orders, pressure and force for order's. Hold salary if orders not received No support received from GM, only phone talks Multiple reports and force to sign any term conditions. Lazy people Support only office people not support to regional people. Delivery issue if order booked. Travel Claim not pass quickly Orders conversion ration poor, order lost ratio high. Salary less and deduct much of thing's from salary

As i have worked here in Frigel i found that Staff is supportive. Leaves are available whenever required there is no restriction on availing leaves.

Dislikes

Everything is fine but one thing if i would say that company should work on 5 days working cycle. In corporate now mostly companies are running through 5 days working so it should be considered by Frigel. 2nd one is Hectic schedule and work timing. Work timing is not fixed this should be improve.
