...give daily update to him,,,that's feels like prisoners in cellular jail,,,....extended daily working hours with no extra pay...CEO can scold you for silliest reason ...no Job security ,CEO can tell you leave this job anytime....no pay hike ,Even if you complete 3 years in company you might not get experience letter or your remaining payment,it all depends on CEO s mood ..you might told to travel anywhere anytime in India,,and for that you have to spend money from your pocket they reambers if latter.

Nothing like by the fuel organisation work time not work period nothing is like all thing is this like dislike there in fuel organisation

Not the perfect time to day Start and finish time and salary is also is not coming on time the ceo is not good also giving the very bad work and not give any holiday not the Sunday not in any festival also for working not the best company ceo take the work 24 hrs by employees and not give the single appreciation always giving a bad words when you are saying your leaving the job was not giving that month salary and any remaining salary for previous that also not giving and while leaving he was giving your bad words and not giving the letter and appreciate completion data fuel is not the good place to work

Totally fraud CEO and COO (both husband and wife) Don't give fund So many companies blacklist to this Fuel because always saw fake reports.

No Job Security. No HR Policy. No Leave Policy even forced to work on Sunday. Abuse words have been used frequently in meeting with staff and students. Almost fake things are used in website to attract students and staff. There is no proper trainer and professor to learn students. They are maintain only Documents and Reports to present in front of Costumers to take fund nothing else. and lastly all on google 5* reviews has been taking by forced check 5* rating content all words by CEO own so all 5* ratings are fake.

Regrettably, my time at Friends Union For Energising Lives was deeply disappointing. The work environment was toxic, marked by mental harassment, and frequent verbal abuse towards both male and female employees. There was an utter lack of job security, leaving employees feeling constantly uncertain about their futures. It's disheartening to see such behavior tolerated within any workplace. I strongly advise against considering employment with this company until significant changes are made to address these issues.

If you want to save yourself from depression and spending extra money on your mental health then don't join this organization. Toxic environment CEO and COO feel they are the gods of all employees. Even if you work hard they will never be appropriate but will make you feel like he doing you a favour by giving you your earned salary 2-3 he unnecessary meetings and with no conclusion either bashing someone for no reason
