Following up with HR means working at a Govt organisation. Very slow at process and delay in response.

Everything was great from joining to leaving. I enjoyed every single day, never felt hectic or bored about the work to do. The colleagues I've had are great and never had any issues with any of them. Work culture as well is good, always had a good event for every festival. We did not have any fixed timing or shifts as well, that was the best part.

Dislikes

Growth. Loved everything except the salary extension, of course we cannot expect too much as well. The notice period is a bit too much.

Likes

Very good team with an intent to succeed. Lots of travel involved. Very flexible at work. Very good work life balance.

Silent politics at work. Delay in refund of travel expenses, not understanding grassroot issues of employees.

Freyr energy have own sunpro app which is useful for all customers to track project. Good environment for work . highly educated staff. Finance facility , good quality materials , skilled installation Engineers .
