I worked at the company for almost a year and it has been a great learning experience as this was my first job. The best part about the company is the people you are working with. The Directors are the most humble, kind, learned, and supportive ever. The environment around the office is very welcoming if you are a Fresher as well as an Experienced person.

Dislikes

A fresher might feel that the salary is meagre but it would be worth your time as the company does appraise you for your time and effort. There will be times when you will have to overtime with no overtime incentive and disturbing work-life balance but that adds up to your efforts at the time of appraisal and appreciation.

Likes

The directors are very friendly and open to new suggestions. They dont micromanage and let you do your work. The vibe at office is very youthful and happening. Work Satisfaction is really the most satisfying thing here.
