I am a hotel management student i am commi 2 in this company if i learn something from here i.e speed and I don't satisfy with it because I don't get the time to satisfy myself while i prepare a food because many persons here who always screwed for quick service at rushy time we only got 1 or 1:30min to prepare a order but the salary time is good and staff also friendly in nature.......pardon me if i write something wrong

Time management, because here I saw that food doesn't have a minimum preparation time which we have in restaurant coz we know our company give 12 min to prepare food but when 10 -20 orders come together the time then the time management schedule wouldn't be followed We just try make the food and dispatch quickly asap..but for the lack of time we can't be able to Take care of our food quality which is the main bullet point for repeat customers .....

Total micro-management is there and senior managers visits outlet, shouts at people and abuses them. Kitchen areas are so untidy and full of cockroaches which directly touches the food which is served to customers.

Company and environment not at all good always bad experience, works are more like morning 7am to till night 12bwe should be available for company no leaves, no bonus no incentive no fuel amount

One of the worst companies to work with.... nothing is there to learn every one here works just for salary no passion or supporting spirit in the co workers no team work even the senior leadership is careless about the employees

I have worked there for 4.5 years i designed my. Job last april it's been 6 months still now they not clear my pending salary and experience certificate all this things and the hr is so rude not recommended to any one to join the company. And don't waste your life
