...ment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is better not good.company policies are good,appraisals are fair but they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies so new comers employees are missguided.growth is not properly in company due to very less amount of salary raise.

The company is good and open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I was highly satisfied working at Fresenius kabi, we were handling the manufacturing and analysis related issues in appropriate manner, so that high quality product can be delivered to the patient.

Salary / Appraisal was not as expected with respect to market rate. For getting salary hike colleague need to depend on changing the company.

DSM behaviour is ridiculous. Once you not achieved the target you will loss your job by next day. In open meeting they will threatened you to terminate. After that ASM will asking for resignation.

Big difference in salary structure all employee. HR management is careless I'm making difference between employees. Higher management is not facing equally all employees. Pressurize har shop floor employees.

Appraisal processes are vague, Different rules for different depts, Limited growth because of politics, less employee benefits
