Salary structure was Good. Work Satisfaction of mine was also good.

Though Company has claimed "Top Employer in India 2024" and "Carrying for life", but Job Security and Promotion process are very poor. Local Management have done conspiracy to benefit to their nearest employee.

Teammates, scope of learning, salary is good. Some employee friendly policy including health and life insurance.

Dislikes

Bad stratagies and Culture, management approach towards wellbeing of employees is demotivating. No growth planning for employees. Poor execution of planning. Poor worklife balance. Noneffective appraisal process. Suffocating work environment.

DSM behaviour is ridiculous. Once you not achieved the target you will loss your job by next day. In open meeting they will threatened you to terminate. After that ASM will asking for resignation.

Big difference in salary structure all employee. HR management is careless I'm making difference between employees. Higher management is not facing equally all employees. Pressurize har shop floor employees.
