Big difference in salary structure all employee. HR management is careless I'm making difference between employees. Higher management is not facing equally all employees. Pressurize har shop floor employees.

Good fundamental company and management think about employee. Salary structure is also better and company provide additional bonus to employee based on performance. Company also planned training to employee at Vendor site location for improvement. Working environment also good. All departments have good co-ordination and execute job together. Work-life also balanced as only 8 :30 hour job and alternate weekly provision to all employee.

In Fresenius Kabi job is not secure.

Its a Learning based Company. Teammates are cooperative and helping in nature. Salary deposited in time but increment is low. Bus Facility is Good. So Much Poltics. So kuch to Learn. Good Work Environment. Sometime Huge Pressure of Work.

There is Extra Work but no Overtime given. So much Politics.

Fresenius kabi is one of largest platform for enhancing work skills as well as make you competent, lots of learning are there and make a growth in career , working environment is fabulous and satisfactory, products are of high quality.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-18 hours but that is I think part of work.

DSM behaviour is ridiculous. Once you not achieved the target you will loss your job by next day. In open meeting they will threatened you to terminate. After that ASM will asking for resignation.
