Only founder of this company SWAPNIL SAHAH. AND HOD SANJAY YADAV. BOTH ARE GREAT PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN I REALLY LOVE THEM AND FOLLOW THEM AZ MY MENTOR

Manger have put all their relationship person in company such as friends and family friends and all work load goes to outsider. And the person in office are just to pull leg founder is a great person but manager and supervisor are not good you work as much as you can but end of year appraisal will be only of those person nearest to the head not of a person work day and night. I am really disappointed and sad but after seeing founder I feel some day he will handle on ground and make FT a good company.
