The company culture is very chill and casual. You don't have to follow the hierarchy to communicate to someone. Appraisal percentage is better 5 to 20%. However, for BD department, the sky is the limit.

So please be AWARE

Freeskout engages in fraudulent activities like not paying dues to their employees, causing stress and financial hardships for their employees. Along with this the work culture is just so unprofessional. The lack of professionalism is also reflected in frequent layoffs, people vaping inside the company premises, unstable work employment. They also fail to compensate not only their employees but also influencers for more than 3months.

Do not have proper policies. Less salary and more work. Expected to work late at night. No proper appraisal. Only parties in the name of work culture.
