A lot of training meetings are done - with the most average outputs for an experienced or even a beginner employee. • Poor audit • Company is led by an autocratic leader - where they speak of being open about opinion and upon speaking issues are unresolved and you become the target of the employer for speaking up. • Lack of good leadership and strategy • They way they let go off people so quickly, it is faster than their hiring process • No work ethics followed • Limited resources provided by company - maximum output will be expected out of you
