Very less salary than market( TCS, infosys type salary) Toxic culture No promotions at junior levels Very less hikes(3-5%) Very bad salary break up aswell, 60% of hike will be added in gratuity so effective hike after year will be somewhere around 1% Best place to join if you are a housewife (don't want to travel) or anyone who doesn't have much ambitions

Good learning possibility since you interact directly with the senior leadership. However, whether it's a positive or a negative, mostly depends on your manager or super manager, and mostly, it's the latter here :)

Dislikes

Poor appraisals and compensation. Poor treatment of employees. Work is not valued. 90% of the work goes waste as nobody sees it or even recognises the efforts. Terrible leadership.

Likes

Being backed by axis bank I don't worry of getting salary at the end of month. There is a sense of job safety unlike other loss making startups

Culture is degrading day by day, it is becoming just like bank, focus is being moved from tech to saving money being spent on good tech resources.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every day

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue . Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow . There is Bond of two year before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees
